I am resident of Hibiscus by the Sea condominium on Hutchinson Island since 1999 and have worked in real estate industry since 2001. I have specialized in residential real estate for over 17 years before licensing my own organization. Although I was born in Russia, I moved my family to America in 1992 and received our American citizenship in 2000. My formal educational training was technical, MS in engineering, which is what brought me to Florida in1996. I was employed at Micco Aircraft from 1996-2001 as chief engineer.

A principal officer and partner with a regional commercial general contractor in the Tampa Bay Area for over 25 years with revenues in excess of $50 million. Concurrently, I also maintained and acted as the broker of record for the property management firm involved with commercial office management and leasing.
I received my Bachelor in Building Construction from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts at the University of Florida where I was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and previously served on the Advisory Council Executive Committee for the School of Building Construction.

Community service includes Habitat for Humanity, Treasurer of the Ft. Pierce Sportsfishing Club, numerous volunteer and mission work projects associated with the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach.

I have been a South Florida resident since 1972 when my family moved to Florida from up North. I enjoyed the experience of growing up in Florida. I attended College in Miami and I received my BS degree in Education. I taught school for many years (15) before leaving in 2004 to pursue Real Estate sales. I now live at the beach in Hutchinson Island, FL, and love going to Asheville, NC in the summer months.
I learned my sales and marketing experience at an early age when my father (a great salesman himself) asked me to spend time working in our family food distribution business. He was a great teacher and I owe a lot to him.
I enjoy working with people and now use the skills I have to help my clients through the process of home buying, selling, and renting. Most of my clients come from my referrals and previous experiences in real estate. I believe that referrals are the best compliment I could ask for and I have been able to continue to further my career due to these referrals. My clients are satisfied and have great faith in recommending me to their friends and family members.
Working in Real Estate, I also became interested in Commercial Real Estate and have strived to learn all I can about this side of the real estate business. I find it challenging and I have helped my clients find their commercial niche for their business. I can and I do both Residential Property and Commercial Property sales and rentals.
